Initial Consultation
At our initial consultation, we will want to learn more about your family, goals, and budget for the project. We will explain and answer any questions you have about the Craft of Play design philosophy and how our playscapes promote social, cognitive, emotional, and physical development through free, outdoor play.
Property Evaluation and Survey
At the Craft of Play, we believe that the most engaging playscapes are those that take advantage of the natural features of a property. Small streams and bogs, trees, rocks, and hills have been the natural playground for children since the dawn of time. As part of our initial visit, we will survey and inventory the unique features of your property so that we can begin to think about how we will incorporate them into the playscape design for your yard.
