We take a collaborative approach to our projects. We believe that regular, open, and honest communication are critical to the success of any project. Throughout all stages of your project, we will give you regular updates about our progress and make you aware immediately of any issues we encounter. We will regularly solicit your feedback.
Construction projects are inevitably disruptive to family life. We always aim to minimize this disruption. We do as much preparation and assembly offsite as possible to limit the amount of time we are at your property.
We take as much pride in our professionalism as we do in our craftsmanship. We always keep in mind that we are building playscapes for kids. There won’t be any stray nails or other construction debris left in your yard at the end of the day because we know that your kids will be investigating their new play space as soon as we leave. Our crew will minimize noise and will always use child-friendly language. Our Golden Rule is “we will treat your kids’ future play space the way that we would want our kids’ play space treated.”
